5 Inch Backset Latches

The deadbolt latch can come in polished brass, antique brass, and bright chrome, while the spring latch comes in polished brass, polished chrome, and Venetian bronze. When it comes to durability, there are quite a few reasons to choose one of Kwikset's 5 inch backset latches. Kwikset builds their products from long-lasting materials, paying careful attention to detail. They also offer warranties to protect their door hardware products from defects in materials and quality, as long as the original purchaser of the product occupies the residential premises where the Kwikset product was installed. Kwikset's bold approach to innovation is what makes the company a leader in the door hardware industry. Whether you prefer a vintage or modern look to match your decor, their wide selection of products has something to suit everybody's taste. When you need a dependable lock in the latest styles and finishes, you can count on this trusted brand to deliver.

Schlage offers one latch for their B series deadbolt and one latch for their residential F series locks. Both latches are available in bright brass, satin chrome, oil rubbed bronze, satin nickel, and antique brass, and they only work with Schlage door hardware, excluding the Schlage electronic locks. Keep in mind as you shop that if you are buying new Schlage deadbolts or handlesets, it is less expensive to order the 5 inch backset option on those products than it is to order the parts separately. One of the best things about Schlage is that their hardware is made to fit into just about any door with ease, simple in design, and very user-friendly.
