Emtek Ridgemont Grip by Grip Handleset Includes:

Standard door preparation
– 5-1/2″ center to center
– Backset must be specified upon order placement — either 2-3/8″ or 2-3/4″ backsets.
– Complete set. Includes exterior and interior handles, latchset, deadbolt, and mortise/strike plates.
– Shipped with Mortised tubular latch (drive-in latches are available upon request).- Shipped with Square corner mortise plates and strike plate. Rounded corner available upon request.

All Emtek Sandcast hardware have living finishes. This means as the handle is used the finish will wear revealing a beautiful rustic patina.

Interior of single cylinder handleset will have thumbturn on deadbolt rather than cover flap as shown in image above
