Baldwin Estate Series Privacy Mortise Bolts are used with tubular latches for privacy / patio condition. Heavy duty solid brass mortise bolt with steel housing, smooth and positive action. May be installed above or below latches, depending upon visibility. Emergency release trims are available for order as separate item. IMPORTANT : To enable Emergency trim to function, the turn piece spindle must be cut to extend no farther than halfway through the bolt.
