Replacement latches for Advantage HS and ES Series commercial door levers. Spring latches are used in passage and privacy function or other non- keyed locking commercial levers. 2 3/8″ backset latches have 2 1/4″ x 1″ faceplates. 2 3/4″ Backsets have 2 1/4″ x 1 1/8″ Faceplates.
